We use information about customers' lifestyles and shopping habits to develop new products and services.
We respect the privacy of our customers and give them the opportunity to specify how any personal data they provide (for example by using a Nectar card) can be used. We do not provide customers' personal information to third parties without their permission.
We comply fully with the Data Protection Act that regulates the collection, use, storage and destruction of personal data as well as guidelines issued by the Information Commissioner. There have been no data protection complaints against us.
